Fill in your full name, email address, mobile number, and CNIC/Form-B

The application form has several sections. Fill in the details carefully:

Guardian or parent’s details

Prepare scanned copies of the following documents and upload them to the portal:
Matric/SSC certificate

CNIC/Form-B
